Specialized Crime Investigation 2
(with Simulation on Interrogation and Interview)
This course provides emphasis on the Constitutional Rights of persons arrested, placed under investigation, search and seizure. It takes on the conduct of Interview and Interrogation of suspects, person of Interest and witnesses and simulates on the different crimes against person, economic crimes, and other special laws on transnational and organized crimes. The evidence required and the report writing.

The student is expected to be able to:
- Explain, use and organize the principles, techniques, methods, and legal requirements of the following; Crime Scene search for each Crime falling under Crime Against Property of the Revised Penal Code and relevant Special Penal Laws;
- Examine, carryout, and organize the evidence, testimony, and documents required to prepare and process the filing of cases for each specific crime falling under Crimes Against Property of the Revised Penal Code and relevant Special Penal Laws;
- Explain, use and understand the principles, techniques, methods, types, kinds, and legal requirements of the following: Interview; Interrogation; Symptoms of Guilt; kinds, types, and characteristics of subjects under Interrogation or Interview; types, kinds, knowledge, and skills of the interviewer, and interrogator; Confession, Admission, and deposition.
